BFV attorney Samantha Kennedy recently had the privilege of presenting at the Defense Research Institute’s Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington.  The DRI’s Annual Meeting is a national conference where hundreds of civil defense practitioners gather to learn and grow their businesses.  Her presentation titled, The Big Stink: A Brief Overview of Toxic Torts Litigation Surrounding Baby Products, provided a unique angle on an evolving area of legal jurisprudence regarding PFAS and Microplastics.
